I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location in a great neighborhood close to a popular mall and far from the city center was perfect for me. I felt safe walking around the residential area and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with professional and courteous staff available at all times. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the in-room safe and the provided free toiletries. The hotel had a lovely restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the food was enjoyable. I particularly loved the daily wine tasting, where the resident sommelier shared his passion and knowledge about the local wines. I had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Location - near Rambla, shops, restaurants, a good neighborhood. Wine tasing experience and knowledge.
The bathtub and shower were awkwardly placed and difficult, uncomfortable to use.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the MySuites in Montevideo. The hotel is located in the Pocitos section of Montevideo which is the best area of the city. The location was fabulous. We had a rental car so we had to keep our fingers crossed to get one of the six parking spaces available in the underground parking. We only got blanked one of the four nights we were there. Cabs are available. The room was huge. Ask for room 1004, it has the best view of the beach. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. This is a great place to stay for around $125/night. I would have expected to pay more. Breakfast was also way above average. Good traveling!

I didchoose this hotel as this is one of the few boutiqe hotels in Montevideo, our room was big and spacious , the bed was good, the wine introduction was nice, but there were some negative parts about this hotel as well, .
The restroom is not functional, when you shower the water goes everywhere and make the floor and counter top wet, ther could have done a better job with the restroom, although what every hotel I stayed in south america had this kind of problem more or less. The staff at the front desc where nice, but the breakfast/wine room no, specificly if you do not talk spanish. Generally I did not find Montevideo a tourist friendly city, people do not like it when you dont speak spanish to them and they expect you to speak their language

The room was quite spacious and the view from the balcony was nice. The hotel was ideally located, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast served each morning was also enjoyable.
The hotel was not well kept. The furnishings in the room were dated and worn down, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Loved the style and design; the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the microwave, mini-fridge and eating utensils; the size of the bathroom and room; the storage space; the sheets and towels, the white beadspread and the quiet room. Everything was perfect. Had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

Hotel was good in a nice area of the town.
For a wine hotel they could have more options of wine tours.

This hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the Punta Carretas mall and the beach. The rooms are spacious and include a mini kitchen, which is perfect for longer stays. The breakfast spread is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bathroom is also very spacious.
The shower leaks a bit and spills water on the floor, but the hotel was quick to fix it.

Great facilities, with a wonderful friendly service. The room size was great and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and good, with fresh fruits, cereals, pastries, and different types of bread. The hotel was located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood, with a short taxi ride to the historic old town. The gym was a great advantage, with not only treadmills and bikes but also multigym machines that allowed us to keep up with our fitness goals.
The hotel staff was a little bit intrusive and pushy, even when we asked for privacy. We placed the Do not Disturb sign outside our door as we needed rest due to a sick child, but the housekeeping staff knocked repeatedly to replace just a bottle of water.
