My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful, attentive, and even amused by my terrible Italian. The restaurant was above average, with comfortable surroundings and a nice view of the garden. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was generous. I especially enjoyed the Amarone wine, although it's worth noting that it has a high alcohol content. a great choice for travelers, especially those with a car.

We were on our honeymoon tour and the extremely friendly staff told us weve been upgraded so obviously we are a bit biased here... but this place is value for money. It is a 15m walk from the city center and has plenty free parking spaces. The breakfast was great and the inhouse resturant in the evening is more than decent.

Nothing really was outragously irritating. The bath/shower facility is best used as bath rather than shower

We stayed here in July 2011. The room and bathroom were large,comfortable and clean. The room reminded us of what you would see in the US at a good quality hotel. Did not feel Italian at all. But we were happy with the room. Breakfast was very nice - scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Probably the best hotel breakfast we had. Located on the outskirts of Parma made it quiet but not convenient to downtown. Downtown was only a few minutes away so not a problem for us since we had a car. The price was right for the summer season.

Pros: clean and quiet hotel room; good breakfast with great Italian food; sufficient parking lot,

Cons: small things only: strange design of room, bathroom and shower; fact that I had room one floor above the ground, but I had to use lift always, as two stairs were locked as fire-stairs only; poor lights in the room - looked dark; slow internet connection working with time- limited vouchers only (so you cannot connect more devices at once - but I found this is usual in Italy); etc.

The hotel was quirky, impeccably clean. Loved our double room, it was spotless and new-fashioned. Our breakfast was delicious and with easily the most yellow scrambled eggs we have ever seen, the staff was friendly. We were there for 1 night, overall had a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the center and also near public transportation. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

Locatuion - Close to sports ground

Great stop off point after a long drive. Conveniently located near the highway and easy to find. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was comfy and clean, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The air conditioning was a bonus, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food to choose from.

We really liked the rich breakfast, we had been dissappointed in so many places in italy but here we found a very positiv example. The rooms have been clean and just perfekt for our stay. The Service at the Reception spoke a really good english, and was friendly. We really enjoyed the stay.

Their rooms are always tidy and well-equipped with clean shower, good breakfast and excellent facilities. There is a lot of fabulous food for breakfast.

The hotel offered a superb breakfast with a wide variety of options and a good restaurant for other meals. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and all the staff members were pleasant to interact with. The room was of decent size and had a comfortable bed.

The room showed signs of aging and the air conditioning struggled to cope with the hot temperatures. The shower setup was awkward to use, and there was no forced ventilation in the bathroom.

Staff is amicable and you can park your car on site. The breakfast is marvellous and delicious with easily the most yellow scrambled eggs I have ever seen, has fabulous food...

The bathroom was well-lit and equipped with all the essentials we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing useful tips and suggestions for local attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel was located on a road that was undergoing roadworks during our stay, which made it a bit challenging to navigate to the entrance.
