Muscat Holiday Hotel

Good location and the hotel is in the diplomatic area of Muscat.

Overall excellent location and rather central to most places within muscat.

Easy movement via taxi station stationed at hotel, attentive staff and the rooms were very clean.

However, their situation is good with easy access to the airport, so I stayed again.

Bathroom had parts of wall broken around the tub area and not fixed.

Near the airport, the beach was beautiful and the hotel itself was fine the TV reception in the rooms was terrible.

The staff were very friendly, rooms were large.

Humble & Couteous Staff, rooms now of a great standard and large outdoor swimming pool.

Staff very attentive and friendly, the room was comfortable.

The food in the sports bar was good as was the breakfast.

The restaurant was old, the food was not great and I would avoid eating there again.

The hotel has closed down most of its restaurants and has really minimised the choice of food available.

Some of the larger places in town are too anonymous, and impersonal, I especially like the pool at the Holiday Inn, and Churchill's the pub, there is also a sports bar.

Additionally hot water is served immediately and pleasant surprise - great pool - no real restaurant.

Excellent service from staff at the hotel, great Room and the food is good.

With the exception of one staff member), the service was unfriendly, the food there is terrible, and the building is pretty shabby.

Good food at the cafe indside the hotel and excellent customer service.

Efficient staff and excellent facilities.

The rate that I got was really good and staff were excellent.

The hotel off late is very poorly maintained with lifts not working properly.

Every thing in there seems to be vintage and it is hight time that the hotel gets a face lift.

Has very good service, the room did seem clean.

The rooms were standard, not particularly clean, in fact I had to borrow a duster & polish off the maid to make it feel it'd been freshened!

Nice room and clean, excellent breakfast.

Staff seemed friendly enough, good beds and stear clear of the cooked breakfast as 's put out cold at 5am.
