We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and the service was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The wellness facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic spa and great medical treatments available. The location was perfect, close to the city center and surrounded by beautiful parks and flowers.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel is located in a nice spot close to the city center with easy access to main roads. The rooms are clean and spacious with cozy atmosphere and comfortable beds. The bathroom is a bit small but maintained well. The staff is friendly and provides good service with delicious dishes and large portions. They have excellent wellness facilities including a small indoor pool and a bubble pool, and offer medical treatments. The breakfast is rich and well tasting.
The hotel's Internet and elevator service should be improved.

We had a fantastic stay here. The thermal pool and whirlpool were exceptional and the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. We were satisfied with the room cleaning service and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel facilities were very nice and the location was close to the city center.

The internet connection was really bad and we couldn't get any work done. , the bed was not very comfortable which made it difficult to sleep.

Loved the wellness facilities, they were amazing and so relaxing. The staff was also very nice and helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center and with beautiful surroundings for walks and hikes.
The WIFI was not stable and at times it was hard to connect. It would have been great if the hotel could improve this aspect so that guests could fully enjoy their stay.
