Booked a room with LOVELY views of the mountains and suurounds of Murwillumbah.

We stayed in a very quiet area near the shopping center, with eateries close by. The room was roomy and had plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was small but functional with a great shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out easy with no stress. We loved the comfortable bed and the complimentary breakfast was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the view from our window of the beautiful surrounding countryside.

We did experience some issues with the hot water in the shower, which was cold after about 7-8 minutes.

It was a basic comfy hotel and had a microwave which I really appreciated.

This hotel is in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, with a view of Mt Warning, are very clean and well kept. It was great to have utensils for eating in when required.

We received an upgrade, which I think was better location in the complex. On the first floor it had a wide balcony to the rooms with outside chairs/tables under cover of the eaves. To sit here in late afternoon was magic as the warmth of the sun, the mountain backdrop and then the fantastic sunset. Plenty of room in the motel room and about 10min walk into town.

Convenient location for Bluesfest music festival, with hire car. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Helpful and accommodating staff for late check-in. Clean facilities, hot water, fresh towels, and daily essentials provided. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with beautiful views from balcony. Excellent experience overall.

The decor of the hotel was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The furniture and carpets were in great condition, and everything was very clean. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were comfortable and inviting. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with well-lit hallways and easily navigable stairs. The staff was very helpful and always available to assist if needed.

The only thing I would ask for to make this a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs. It can be a bit tiring for us elderly folks to carry heavy suitcases, and having someone to help would have been appreciated.

Everything was great, magnificent location in trucks at five in the morning, the staff were attentive! The room was very clean & well kept and available with lounge chair. The food provided was tasty! Location: the hotel was so close to the city centre, shops, clubs, restaurants, and shops, eating places.

I had a fantastic stay at the Motor Inn for two nights during my business trip. The room was modern and clean, with great facilities for in-room dining. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the WIFI connection was fast and reliable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, even going the extra mile to make me a cup of coffee after my long drive. The rooms were spacious, the aircon worked well, and the breakfast was delicious. Check-out was a breeze, and there was ample parking available. The location was peaceful, with easy access to shops, cafes, and clubs within walking distance.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The location of the hotel in a very quiet area was perfect for a peaceful stay, yet it was also conveniently close to the shopping centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly loved the small balcony with views of Mt Warning, it was a lovely bonus. Additionally, the hotel is located near a French patisserie where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
