      • The staff service were excellent and bathroom were very clean.
      • The hotel was convenient to access using the city tram and the room was clean.
      • The best thing about Basel is the tram system, the internet is slow: street noise may be a problem is you are a light sleeper and hotel is well located opposite the conference centre.

        Perfect location and the best thing about Basel is the tram system. The hotel is very close to events square is good only for are in business, the free high speed internet and travel cards are a bonus.

        Location was near to train station and free tram/bus passes were a great boon. Basel was warm safe, the internet was available at the reception.

        The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location for the congress centre is excellent, the room was incredibly hot and stuffy, as there is no air conditioning in the hotel. Free breakfast include coffee.
