Perfect location, very close to the tram line so getting around was very easy and great that a travelcard was included in the.
This hotel is in a perfect location you are attending a conference in Basel and the staff is extremely helpful.
The best thing about Basel is the tram system, the internet is slow: street noise may be a problem is you are a light sleeper and hotel is well located opposite the conference centre.
No attractive things around the hotel, very accommodating staff and the rooms can be hot.
The staff service were excellent and bathroom were very clean.
Night staff were not as knowledgeable about hotel services but were friendly and helpful.
Very nice reception staff and lovely spacious room.
