I had a very pleasant stay at Mu & Spa. The bed was super comfortable and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The room was well-insulated against the cold weather outside. The location was convenient for both the city and the ski area.

The spa facilities were not up to par. The jacuzzi was cold, the sauna wasn't working, and the steam room was poorly lit.

Great value for the money, spacious suite with comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. The hotel's location was ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere between the city and ski area. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us, providing excellent service.

The spa was a real highlight; we loved having the option to book it for private use. the hotel was perfectly located between the city and the ski area, making it easy to explore both. Another advantage was the helpful staff, who made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

the price of the dinner per person on New Year's Eve was quite high, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. we found that some of the breakfast food was quite cold when we went down to eat.

The hotel is nestled in a location that's both steep and serene. It's located in between two ski resorts, Pal and Ordino. So, if skiing is on your holiday agenda, this is the perfect place to stay. Service is impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and come with comfortable beds, heated floors, and instant hot water in the shower. The breakfast spread is decent and perfect for a quick bite before hitting the slopes.

Sadly, there is one downside to this hotel, and that is the lack of parking facilities. Guests may struggle to find a parking spot, with only a quick drop-off zone available.

We particularly enjoyed the mid location of this hotel between two ski resorts! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good as well. We appreciated the underground parking, even though it was a bit tricky to get out with a motorcycle.

I particularly liked the fact that the room was well insulated and had instant hot water in the shower. I was very impressed with Mu & Spa and would highly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was non-existent and the parking was extremely limited. We had to park far away from the hotel and carry our luggage for a long distance.
