The place was clean and gorgeous, it had exceptionally pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff from the fast check-in to the smooth check-out.

The staff was welcoming, the breakfast was immaculate, everything was great. It was impressive and stunning room. The hotel had indeed a great location to James Bond island. International cuisine was served in the signature restaurant. No complains at all, the venue met the demands.

It was a fantastic place, had incredibly attentive staff from the fast check-in to the smooth check-out. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. And there was an exceptional view of sunset and slide. The location was amazing and beautiful, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from old town. A night market and a local market were right next door.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator.

Regarding price, think it's great value for Karon. The signature restaurant is good place to hang out.

I stayed at this hotel before and would love to come back here some time. The venue was picturesque and fairly clean with excellant and superfriendly staff from the fast check-in to the smooth check-out. The location was central, close to Patong beach, the shopping mall and Old Phuket town, and less than 15 minutes taxi into Patong. Dined at Tokyo Japanese Restaurant, it was at a moderate distance from the venue. Appreciated fast check-in and smooth check-out.

Great base for discovering Karon with courteous staff from the fast check-in to the smooth check-out. Fantastic and stunning location a 4-6 minute walk from The Baray Spa. Also - right by the main restaurant or the Beach front restaurant, lovely Karon Beach and the hustle and bustle of Phuket, and super market. Perfect impressive room with a beautiful view.

I had a stunning and fabulous room. In general the service was perfect. Besides, the parking was on site. The location was incredible, within easy walking distance of The Baray Spa.

The location is good, 2 km from a destination beach. It's in a very beautiful building in the absolutely stunning area.

It has marvellous location to see Karon Beach Roundabout. It is set in a fairly nice area.

There was nothing I didnt like.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with great views from my superior room in the main building. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, especially the main swimming pool. The location was perfect, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast had a great choice of options for everyone. Despite reading some worrying reviews, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave, the service was excellent and we felt very welcomed.

We appreciate the location of the hotel as an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Karon. The complex is a huge, expansive tropical garden. We had (again) a Plunge Pool Villa, the rooms are very spacious with a huge terrace (roofed) and a Plunge Pool. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

the shower room on the last day was an unreasonable demand not corresponding to the category of the hotel (the hotel was fully booked, so we could not keep the room any longer)

Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Hotel very centrally located. The staff was very friendly and solved problems (exchange of the shower head) within shortest time.

The rooms are very dark and already aged. Unfortunately no 5 star standard. A lot of Russian guests. The drinks in the hotel and at the pool bar are very expensive by Thai standards.
