I read some poor reviews on this motel on this site but after looking at the pictures on Booked.net and seeing the price comparison with other hotels here, I chose this one.
It is not a five star hotel but for under $150 on the weekend in May, the price was really good.
Good position, excellent service/hotel in Banff and for the price this was perfect.
Location was excellent, the hotel was clean and the price was really good.

After a Very Long Drive from the Edmonton Airport and decor is not bad either.
After a Very Long Drive from the Edmonton Airport, we were a Bit Hesitant, when we Rolled into the Mount Robson Inn's Parking Lot.
Our room was not very large but (the bathroom was quite small) but our king sized bed wasn't crowded.
We were very pleased with our completely re-furbished room, which had 2 large beds, also 2 upright chairs and a table, large TV, new bathroom, additional vanity area, coffeemaker, microwave, fridge and air-con.
The "suite" consisted of a single room with a seperate bath.
When we walked into our Room, it's like we walked into a Cozy Bed and Breakfast Room.
The staff was very friendly, the bed was very comfortable including the bedding.
The room was spacious, the restaurant had excellent breakfast.
The restaurant was Ok but the service was slow and the breakfast selection was limited.
The food wasn't so great so I wouldn't recommend the restaurant (the portions were huge), but overall had a great time in Jasper!
The motel is situated at one end of Jasper, an easy walk to the restaurants and shops.
The on-site restaurant was decent, but had especially good Greek food.
We were not happy with the front desk reception and not having a shuttle service from the train station.
The reception staff were pleasant and rooms were clean.
The reception area was very nice, the restaurant attached to the hotel provided a good meal and the Desk Staff was Very Pleasant.

The staff seems to care a less whether your are there or not, as matter of fact it seems my husband and I were a bother, more than a guest.
We booked this hotel because had some good reviews and the staff were GREAT and friendly.

Service we experienced in four weeks of travelling in B, nice and clean room, the hot buffet items cold and tasteless.
