I really appreciated the cozy and homely atmosphere at the motel. The decorations were charming and reminded me of my own house. It felt welcoming and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's general areas were easy to navigate, even for us senior folks. It was a relief to have everything conveniently accessible and designed with our needs in mind.

I wish there was more assistance available for senior guests. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated some extra support or assistance in navigating the area and making the most out of my vacation.

The rooms at Motel Six were really cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the fact that each room had a private bathroom with a shower, it was so convenient. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great addition and allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, keeping me connected with my friends and family. The self-catering units were fully equipped and had everything I needed, including a microwave and coffee making facilities.

Personally, I found the seating area in certain rooms to be a bit cramped.

the stay here was really comfortable, liked the hotel, it was immaculately clean with favourable location adjacent to center of town, fast good options close by and eateries. the king studio that we stayed in was neat and budget.

The hotel had a GREAT position, near city centre.

The setting was quite marvellous and handy within easy reach of Whangarei Art Museum.

I always return to this motel in Whangarei because the staff helped me find my way on my first stay. It's the perfect place for me with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, a spa center, and a flat-screen TV. Ideal for a romantic escape.

the stay was average. The basic facilities were available, and it's a decent budget option. The location was perfect with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The complementary breakfast and car parking were pleasant surprises.

Our stay during Christmas was not as expected. The room was not properly maintained with signs of wear and tear.

This place is a fantastic choice for a weekend getaway, only 10 km away from the airport.

The cleanliness of our motel room was of very high standard and was evident as soon as we arrived. They provided us with alot of sky tv coverage and selection. Everything we needed for our short stay was there, close to food takeaways and the city and was the cheapest motel to stay at.

Location was super convenient with a McDonald's just two houses down, perfect for a quick breakfast! The room itself was basic but clean, and the extra blanket and pillow provided were a jaw-dropping bonus. The check-in process was friendly and hassle-free, and we were even able to book online after 6.30pm on the same day. The hosts went above and beyond by calling us and letting us know where the key was, and they had milk in the fridge as we arrived late in the evening. The stainless steel bench and shower tray in the room were mind-blowingly sparkling, and there was ample space and cleanliness throughout. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, and the car parking was easy. The attractive gardens added to the overall appeal, and the wifi connection was reliable. We will definitely be returning to this motel when we're in the area next. The ground floor room was perfect for us, as we had a lot of luggage, and the bed in the lounge was a super convenient feature for comfort while watching TV and movies. This stay was an awesome chance for me to unwind and relax before another crazy week of work, and I'm already planning my next trip. If I can secure a ground floor room again, it would be the icing on the cake.
