This hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all that Sarajevo has to offer. It is just a short walk to Bascarsija, where you can find a variety of attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the rates are very affordable, especially considering it is a new establishment.

There were some minor issues with cleanliness in the rooms, such as dirt on the bed and in the room itself.

This hotel has many of its rooms underground, including the breakfast room. It is claustrophobic - and a bad introduction to a city that was under siege,

Rather noisy because on a busy street. Room was very cold when I arrived, but a heater was provided. No heating functioning in bathroom.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from all the tourist attractions. The rooms are small but comfortable, with a distinctive style that adds charm. The staff is fantastic, attentive to every detail, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the fresh cheese. And all this at a great value for money!

In the room there was not trash, breakfast is poor and quickly disappears (breakfast is from 7-10 h. We came to breakfast at 8 h and there was nothing). They were a reserved parking space for us, a safe place. But we could park the car only on the road, where traffic is dense and there was damage to vehicles. By making violation. Very bad and irresponsible by the motel. Bathroom was in poor condition. Leaking water, no hanger, a stink.

The staff are friendly, kind, they speak good English and go out of their way to help guests find everything they need. If there is a problem, or there is anything that you need, the issue is resolved within minutes.

For extremely light sleepers, the doorbell at the reception area might be too loud.

I recently stayed at Istanbul Golden Horn for a few nights during my trip through the Balkans. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable, with a well-functioning A/C and cozy blankets/duvet. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the old town. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking right outside and a delicious breakfast.

This hotel was the perfect location for exploring the city. It was close to the main square in the old Turkish bazaar, but also in a quiet area for a good night's rest. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day, and the staff were always available and helpful with any questions we had.

For family and car non-friendly. Parking is on a pavement. It is better to go 100m back to centre into payable garage (5 eur/day). Way from lobby to rooms leads through a car garage. It is very narrow if you carry baggage, because you have to pass a parked car.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sarajevo, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The location couldn't have been better either, with key attractions only a short walk away from the hotel. The room was also quite comfortable, with a lovely view from the window.

The only issue I had during my stay was the breakfast. While it was included in the price of my room, the options were limited and not quite to my taste.
