Nice bar, great breakfast buffet and the 12 Noon checkout time means you don't have to rush.
10-15 min walk to the historical centre, the breakfast buffet is of a good quality and bar staff is quite remarkable in a busy.
Is very well located, discover the new town at the same time and the best aspects of this hotel have to be thec staff.

Plenty of interesting restaurants in the area or a few tram stops away and great design. All this for a very good price and pleasant decoration. The staff is friendly, the room is well organized and designed.
