Small, charming hotel. Clean, spacious room with balcony overlooking old town. Convenient location, near old bridge and restaurants. Very helpful, friendly staff.

The signs direct you from the main road, but You have to remember that signposting in Mostar is very bad. Just follow the road to centre, cross the bridge, follow the road again and look for blue signs.

A bit of a trek from the bus/rail station. A 4 euro cab ride solves this. Very rude daytime receptionist. Would not let us use the toilet in the afternoon.

The value for money at Villa Deny was excellent, we got a great deal for our room. The room itself was functional and had everything we needed, although it could use a bit of updating in terms of decor. The location was perfect, just a short 5 minute walk to the old bridge and town center. The staff at Villa Deny were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a larger menu with more variety.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town. The location is outstanding, just a stone's throw away from the famous bridge. We had a room with a real balcony overlooking the old town, providing us with a stunning view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The basic amenities were adequate for our needs, and the breakfast included warm cooked eggs with good coffee.

Excellent location. You can just about see the famous Old Bridge. The Old Town is a stone's throw away. The hotel is basic but what can you expect in a town which went through what Mostar did only 17 years ago? Clean & air-conditioned. Absolutely fine for a couple of days.

This hotel offered a great location, being close to the main attractions of the city, including the famous bridge. The room was very clean and spacious, with excellent facilities. We had a delicious breakfast every day, and the staff was incredibly friendly, providing helpful tips and arranging transportation for us.

Everything was spot on, and we have no complaints.

Perfect location, you directly walk into the old town. The room was perfect, great view over the old city. Personnel was very friendly, very helpful. Just be on time for parking space in front of the hotel.

The restaurant across the street is quit noisy. (loud music)

We stayed in a spacious penthouse suite with a stunning view of the old city. The location was perfect - just steps away from excellent restaurants and the famous Stari Most bridge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the Wi-Fi worked well.

The hotel could benefit from better signage to help guests with directions.

- The kindness of the owner (she was allways very nice and guard a place for parking our car and allow us to left it there a few time after the check-out); the location, very close to the center of the town.

- There is no lift (difficult for people who carry heavy luggage).

I had an exceptional stay at Villa Deny. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous bridge and with beautiful views of the historical district from my balcony. The staff welcomed me warmly and provided me with a map and helpful orientation of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was generous. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb location and friendly service.
