this beautiful and lovely hotel is located walk from historic sites and a castle.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of fruit. Comfortable rooms with a great shower. Calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The room was modern and functional and had a clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was next to Ravenna, the Mosaico, and a big park for jogging. I came across Bar Thelma & Louise, it was not too far away from the venue, offered nice shots...

The weather was warm during my pleasant stay for a business trip in this place where I've stayed before, always finding well-maintained and tastefully decorated rooms with a private bathroom.

I really enjoyed the hotel's decoration and general ambiance. The interior design had a modern, chic, and minimalistic style that was pleasing to the eye. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive. With its convenient location and helpful staff, navigating the premises was easy and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff during my vacation. It would have been beneficial to have employees who were more attentive and proactive in addressing the needs of senior guests.

Hotel Mosaico is an EXCELLENT hotel, in all aspects, location, Location, design, rooms. staff in general, in charge, of the reception: The Girl I estimate 45 years light eyes, light hair, with a nice Tattoo, beautiful and affectionate, is the ideal girl to receive customers who decide to stay at the Hotel Mosaico. restaurant is excellent, its delicate and selective food and people in charge of the restaurant, create an ideal atmosphere, so that you do not want to move the room. continuity in the cleaning in search of maintaining and showing the hotel very neat, involves us to the point of wanting to spend a long vacation without leaving the hotel, demonstrating its effectiveness and efficiency in all aspects, to show a total quality hotel. In the Ranking we place it in the 1st, it is the position that the hotel occupies for our appreciation. TQM. HOTEL MOSAICO is an example to follow. In the Hotel Chain. with a high level TQM, IT IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH THE STRATEGIC VISION BASED ON THE TOTAL QUALITY MODEL.

Location is not that good- near the main road (noice) and on the city center is on the opposite side of the railway station. If Ravenna is your destination it is better to stay in a hotel in the center. If you are just passing by, like we did, than it is ok. Rooms are small, bathroom seemed old - I didn't feel very comfortable there. Not a 4 star hotel.

Most days it was like a building site, hammering , banging & concrete drilling

The rooms are clean and modern, with panoramic windows that offer excellent views over the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities like SKY TV and free bar are a nice touch. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the centre and directly behind the train station.

Walking directions should be clearer. Wifi did not work the first night, which normally is most prabably my most important requirement along with price and location! This was bad because it actully wasted a half day because we could not plan and book forward. In today's day and age, this should be a 'normal' service and not an extra!!! I think the hotel should give me a rebate as they wasted my time and money.

staying at mosaico & residence was a delightful surprise! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the bustling city center. the room was clean and comfortable, with a minibar and even a water boiler. the staff was friendly and attentive, even waiting up for me after a late night out. breakfast was fantastic too, with a variety of options. overall, a great experience.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice comfortable and clean rooms. Free use of bicycle to be able to get to the city centre in 5 minutes. Plenty of parking space for your car.
