Morrison House - A Kimpton Hotel is made of brick and you can easily walk to the shops and restaurants and you can get to Washington, DC from here. The staff is great, the rooms are beautiful and dog-friendly, the restaurant has a delicious brunch and a great wine list.

In a great location, just a few minutes cab ride from downtown Washington DC and our room was clean and comfortable and the linens are wonderful quality. Morrison house hospitality is genuine, the most friendly staff to greet us and the beds are heavenly.

The location is superb, the place is beautiful and great to hop right on the trails, the Morrison House is better than ever. The decoration is elegant in the public rooms and the staff are beyond friendly and the service is beyond superior. The food is wonderful ,everything was to perfection.

A free bus is available on king street that will take you to the metro station, the Morrison House proved to be the perfect place to stay and the service is attentive and everyone is gracious. The rooms are big.

We used the metro to get to a baseball game one night and was incredibly easy and quick, this place was fabulous. Our stay at the Morrison House was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the service was excellent and the meal we had was delicious.

Great service and hotel, beautiful historic buildings. Staff extremely professional and attentive, comfortable rooms. We loved the piano playing and singing in the evenings and the friendly bartender, wonderful sheets. Complimentary coffee in the morning, wine and hot cocoa in the afternoons, fresh local strawberries.
