Moreno Hotel Buenos Aires - 布宜诺斯艾利斯

The location is perfect - it is a walking distance from all major sites.

The location could not be better – you really feel as though you’re in the heart of everything.

Great location nr Plaza de Mayo and in the San Telmo district.

Also, buses and trams that go to Palermo, Recoleta and La Boca are within walking distance of the hotel.

Finally, the worst aspect of the visit (unfortunately beyond management's control)--blaring, pulsating, airport-decibel level club music and constant yelling and singing in the street on Friday and Saturday night until.

The rooms are huge, with high ceilings, large windows, a sitting area, wet bar, and many amenities such as an LCD television, portable telephone, in-room safe, bidet, daily newspaper, and ample drawer and closet space.

The room size was great for one person, the bed comfortable.

The beds were not comfortable and we don't recommend staying in room #16, #14, and #18 which are all first floor rooms.

This brand new hotel is beautifully designed, the staff speak English and are warm and friendly, free WiFi in the rooms, and our room was BIG and comfortable.

We stayed in 2 different rooms: standard and Junior Loft, both were amazing, specially the Loft of course, they are huge, nice decorated and had big bathrooms.

As the hotel is not quite finished (a restaurant and tango theatre will open in 2008), breakfast is modest and served adjacent to the rooftop patio; this is set to change next year.

Although not fully finished (Bar Restaurant Theatre etc to come) I really don’t think we could have picked a better place to stay in Buenos Aires.

The hotel is still not fully open, there is no restaurant, no room serivce, no bar, no theatre, no rooftop BBQ.

When this hotel is fully complete with its bar & restaurant I have no doubt it will be the best in town.

The breakfast was not much better, a gaggle of staff eating and chatting and paying no attention to the diners, and a very very basic breakfast, just half filled bowls of cereal, toast, yoghurt and few pastries.

Staff is very good, both at reception and porters, always willing to help and giving you a smile.

I also thought that all the reception staff were really friendly and helpful.

In lieu of room service reception offered a takeaway menu from a local pizza place - without a doubt it was the worst meal i have had in BA.

The hotel seemd to have only one person staff at the front desk which was sort of a pain for you had to wait for him/her to answer phones other guests questions etc.

Rooftop Spa and Gym - also not open (stated on target website pages, but not on reservations or home page).

One would be hard pressed to guess that a hotel is actually located in an unobtrusive, old building that has an elongated entrance that resembles a corridor in a commercial building, manual wrought iron gated elevators and stained glass windows.

There is also a computer in the lobby area with hi-speed internet access.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Room was clean and of a high standard (the size of the room was extraordinary).

The Hotel is spotless, both common areas and rooms, even the whole place has a fantastic smell.

Rooms are large, luminous and most importantly very clean.

Modern decor in art deco style, very clean rooms and friendly staff.
