The five-star Moon Palace Golf and Spa Resort is perfectly placed on the sandy spit in the Caribbean sea, close to the Area de Protection de Flora y Fauna Yum Balam.

Rooms were excellent, the food was great at every restaurant we went to along and the Italian on the Golf course was also good.
The beach is beautiful and the location is very convenient.

Our kids loved the place and that's important, staff very friendly. The hot tub was not in the way in the room, food and drinks were very good, service was excellent and the only extended wait was at the Italian rest. The pool was amazing.

The hotel is very grand, every bit as wonderful as the brochure portrays and the rooms are very comfortable, and room service is pretty prompt. A buffet is included and was great.

Overall, the staff were extremely helpful, the room was cleaned everyday and the bed turned down again in the evening, la Gondola restaurant in Sunrise was the best breakfast buffet. The dinner service was always very good.

Good Mexican food, fabulous pools.

No people, and gorgeous calm seas and not too hot, fairly more livelier of the two places. Mini bar was never filled the room was cleaned.

The water is murky from all the sea grass and strong winds, just returned from Moon Palace, the staff ware all very sweet and nice. Room service is always available and waitors/waitresses frequently come round to take food/drink orders. The pool is beautiful.

Excellent at Moon Palace, just a note, only the lobby buildings have an elevator and the service and workers are all sooo nice. The rooms are big, the Asian restaurant is also very good and pools are wonderful.

The hotel, grounds, room, pools and beach were all spotless, as far as service goes, we thought was fine. The balcony was very nice and cocktails were great and the entertainment in the 24hr bar was good. The food was delicious, the spa was AWESOME.

All hotel employees were extremely friendly and the service was the absolute best out of any resort we have EVER stayed at. The rooms were great too and the pools were excellent and there were plenty of recliners. Every meal was fantastic.
