The staff at the lobby bar were most warm and poolside service was prompt.
Our room had a beautiful views, its staff were wonderful during our stay and the service was great.
The staff at Blossoms are very accomodating, the hot tub is fairly large and the restaurant is OK - kids eat free at the buffet.

Now that's amazing service and a wonderful famil environment, hot tub. Nice pool.

Poor value for money, the Lobby Bar was noisy and the wait staff were no in sight.

For example, the 4d movie attraction was $10.95 per person and was 7 minutes long, the location of the hotel was good. Lobby area was inviting, the staff were at all times caring and professional, all employees were very friendly. Room was clean comfortable and the Pool was great best I have seen in Galveston.

Great view of Galveston island and the gulf, you might as well drive the distance and park at Schlitterbahn. The hotel rooms are spacious, the lobby is breathtaking and a huge attraction for kids, the staff at Blossoms are very accomodating , and friendly. The pool and swim up bar was fantastic and parking is ample, the Terrace had a wonderful selection of entrees and even an all you can eat breakfast buffet. The gym has a free, excellent yoga class on sunday.

Nice pool/spa area and beautiful Hotel. Incredibly disappointing for the price and excellent staff. The rooms are quiet too, the bar is very elegant and has a piano player at night.

Great location and good Stay. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, the food is excellent in all the restaurants. The kids loved the heated outdoor pool and the ice skating rink.

Good location near seawall and beach, great hotel. Cheap bedding, hard beds, horribly abrasive decorations/patterns, friendly staff and tons of Hot water for the family showers. The continental breakfast costs $10.00, we 3 adults loved the outdoor pool.

The outoor pool area is beautiful, and the lap pool is a nice bonus, the minute you walk in you smell clean this place is. The rooms are spaceous and the staff friendly, the breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT.
