Again, really hard to get to because of the massive road building project outside. Hotel looks horrific from the outside, but it offers good accommodation inside.
Big down is all rooms out party had were smoking rooms, room smelt of smoke on arrival although they had tried to mask it, and towels smelt of smoke. Trying to find it was awful just because of the road works, and when you exit, you exit straight in to que's. This isn't there fault, but its worth bearing in mind, this is a massive building project and the Italians aren't known for being overly quick !! Personally I would avoid this hotel again...

Elegant Meeting Room: The hotel's meeting room, adorned with frescoes depicting the magnificent Villa Reale in Monza, made me feel like I was conducting business surrounded by royal grandeur.
Limited Transportation Options: No nearby bus stop or convenient connectivity to rail stations made it difficult for new guests to reach the hotel without relying on expensive taxis.

Hotel was ok
Roadwork/traffic to and out of the hotel was very difficult

The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful about making suggestions about how to deal with the roadworks going on outside the hotel. Their suggestions helped us get to the Monza Race car track and to get to Sestre where we caught the train to Milan. The breakfast was brilliant.
Not having full control over the temperature of the room was the only thing we didn't like.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; the secure parking behind a barriered car park gave us peace of mind. The location was also convenient, with easy access to major trunk routes. The restaurant had a good selection of dishes, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were average but comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. Breakfast was satisfactory, with fresh cheese and ham, and decent coffee from the machine. it was a suitable place for our business trip due to its reachability.
Nothing, all aspects of our stay were excellent. 👍

It was ok for one night. Breakfast was really great with real Italian coffee! The staff was nice, they offered us a cup of tea when they saw how exhausted we were.
It was almost impossible to find it because there are roadworks near the hotel and all streets suggested by our navigational system were closed. No one could tell us exactly how to get there. It took more than an hour to find it. The hotel could have sent us some information about the situation and could have enclosed a map.

Could be a good hotel / motel location when normal access
Directions and signs not up dated major road works gps no good. Restaurant food was not bad it was terrible, Guess I should have known something was not right as I was the only guest in the restaurant. Never again it’s gives Italian cuisine a bad name. The room was at 25.4 C air con not working internet so slow not worth having there are much better at same rate.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly resolving any issues we had. The breakfast was good, and the hotel offered a private parking place right in front of our room. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket complex just a 15-minute walk away, providing a better choice and value for dining options.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Helpful staff happy to run the bar quite late. Excellent restaurant.
Unfortunately the hotel is the victim of a failed road project which looks as thought it will take many year to complete. As a result the hotel is very difficult to find but once you know the orute it is fine. Showers in room 210 were faulty.

Excellent value for money.
In the room I found alternate directions to avoid the messy roadworks. Why aren't those directions available on the hotel's website? I would have liked those when I overshot a crucial yet very hard to spot sign to the hotel- the ensuing 15 minute delay due could easily have been avoided.

I gotta say, we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was not only clean, but also had a super comfortable bed. Plus, the location was perfect for us, being close to the road and all. And let me tell you, the staff here were top-notch. Always helpful, friendly, and just a pleasure to deal with.
The breakfast option could have been a bit better. Just a small tweak to make it more enjoyable would have been great.

Hotel offers good rooms for a fair price
Roadworks outside hotel make finding it a nightmare, roadsigning is poor. So far it is 4 years and looks like it will be another 2 years till complete. There is no direct access anymore from the main road. Took us 1 hour to find it on the first night. Hotel dont supply a map to help you either. I wouldn't recommend it till they are finished.
