  The staff were extremely helpful knowledgable of the local area and the hotel rooms were large and clean.

  Beds were not comfortable and electrical outlets were hazerdus, pillows were also too small.

  Its location on i drive makes very convenient as a base for the attractions and the hotel supplied free shuttle to Universal, Seaworld. Computers are available in the rooms , i thought was interesting.

  Really great for the location and price, fantastic Hotel, thanks to the honest and caring staff. Very convenient to Universal Studios and good Breakfast. Perfect choice for the money and pool was also VERY clean.

  Great location, liked The Hotel and the staff were friendly, and the housekeeping was excellent. The television was also large and had a decent selection of channels.

  Very helpful service and unique to this location, good quality, great for the price. Very nice, attentive staff, beds comfy and ponderosa excellent value for breakfast.

  Location is great for all things disney, universal etc, of the hotel is ideal for the Orlando attractions and the computer is good and the free internet is a brilliant touch to the room.
