Location is not too bad once you know to use the buses - good value for money, the hotel staff is very helpful and the room is comfortable.
Plenty of free parking outside plus hotel's garage costing 8 euro per day - is really not expensive for the hotel, not sure I would be so pleased paying the "normal" full price and staff are friendly and helpful.
This is a nice, clean, friendly hotel, with good breakfast and reasonable prices.

Was in a great location for our over night visit to Verona and the hotel was an oasis of calm.
It is a twenty minute walk into Verona or there is a bus and the taxi fares were only $7-8 which we thought reasonable.
The hotel does run a shuttle bus between the Arena and the hotel, but the times were quite limited (I believe it was 20 minutes and 40 minutes before and after the opera) and we didn't see any taxis at all while we were in Verona.
The room was spotlessly clean, and even had a tv, minibar, and various amenities in the bathroom (none of which I had expected).
Bathroom is a must, mainly shower space where you can have a "double" bath, you can seat, you can.
Our room was large, quiet, super clean and comfortable, with a large, good-sized bathroom.
When transferred to a King room, the room was a smoking room so we moved back to the first after being told there were no other King rooms available.
The room was fine (although the main mirror in the bedroom badly marked so could not see much in it!
We only ate once in the resturant and that was again a bit bland so we found many more excellent restaurants in the back streets particularly the Greppia off the via Mazzini.
We did not eat in the hotel apart from breakfast which was typical continental fayre but a cooked breakfast is available but nobody tells you that you can order it!
Breakfast (buffet) is also good and quite varied.
Additionally breakfast had loads of choice nil hot.
Breakfast was adequate, continental style.
Very good service and the check-in staff were friendly.

The staff were excellent, the male receptionist on duty on Friday morning was very helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable.

15mins walk in the sun, no pool or sauna.
There is parking for those with cars, and Lake Garda is only about half an hour away.
