A creepy location in one of the seediest sections of Central Avenue, best of all you park next to your room and convenient to Old Town.

A quiet location, an easy car or bus ride to other neighborhood on or near Central Avenue and old Town is within good walking distance.

I don't know of a better bargain nor a more convenient location in all of Albuquerque.

Convenient downtown location to drive elsewhere, a nice gem on Albuquerque's old route 66 and the rooms are totally spotless.

The location is perfect and convenient to bus service for easy access to all of albuquerque.

The rooms are decorated in Midcentury Mishmosh, there's no room service, and it's right on Central Avenue.

The rooms are immaculate -- I could have used my room for an operating theater.

There were plenty of pillows and the bed was very comfortable.

The external area is very well maintained, this place is perfect and excellent air conditioning in the room.

The rooms were meticulously clean, well-appointed, including a good air conditioner and quality bedding, and in excellent repair, including updated plumbing.

Not only that, but right next door is Casa Grande, which doesn't look like much on the outside but inside is a marvelous New Mexican restaurant, perfect for lunch.

Needing to find a place to eat, the manager recommended a couple of restaurants in Old Town.

The European owners are warm and friendly, and their restaurant recommendations were excellent.

We had a terrific breakfast at Casa Grande next door (outstanding breakfast burrito) and a fine dinner at the Church Street cafe in Old Town.

A fancy lobby, helpful staff and farewell from the cheerful owner.

The staff was helpful and the owners were all very friendly.

Nice Polish proprietor, a wonderful pool.

The bedding is comfy, the owners are lovely and the pool is surprisingly large for a motel.

We discussed our various hotels, clean room and owner directed us to an excellent.

Room was clean and affordable, place had a quaint, route 66 retro-vibe, easy 2 block walk to old town, convenient to bus service for easy access to all of albuquerque.

The bathroom was very impressive: clean, new-ish, no grotty grout, and nice and big.

    Location in one of the seediest sections of Central Avenue and 1- Great value. Rooms nice, free wireless and the convenience of the classic American motel. Helpful owners, not that the pool was cool.
