Everything was first-class, freshly decorated and neat room with a good view. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The room was extremely spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower, hair dryers, and towels in the bathroom. The hotel had a marvellous location steps away from Mg Bellas Artes Holiday Apartment. The vibe here was quiet. Very good and personable stuff did a great job.

The staff we met were very unhelpful.

The location was magnificent, relatively near a central plaza. The rooms were reasonably large with nice decor and hypo-allergenic pillows.

Truly enjoyed this good budget hotel: good food and particularly helpful staff. Had standard twin room on level 2 and wake-up service was available in it. There were a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card when we arrived. The location was fantastic, next to a park! It was very close to Casa Lastarria, where you can have dinner.

Great surprise! Rooms full of character and unique design. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants and a beautiful park just across the road. The room I stayed in was small but cozy, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good variety of options. The only downside was the noise from the street, but overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Spacious rooms on level 6 at great prices. Fantastic very central location and personable staff. Also, next to the famous area.

Ideal place for exploring Santiago. Fab food, excellent service and good view of Park. Marvellous and stunning location short walk to Santiago's, many sights and centre of town and rather upscale in a lovely area. And a couple of blocks away from an urban park. Fairly quiet unit with a convenient decor. Good staff and quick to respond.

it was surely a fairly nice stay on a visit over 2. the location was great and incredible, and we could reach a six-level contemporary art gallery by walking. there was a botanical garden and a hill steps away from the place.

fairly nice overall experience. clean hotel, very good staff & marvellous location very close to subway entrance. reasonable and satisfactory breakfast option with scrambled eggs, fresh fruits and egs. location near great restaurants, the airport and close enough to walk to the night life.

The staff has always been particularly helpful, and the facilities were great.

The location was GREAT and fantastic, in that area of closest proximity with easy access to stores and a market.

The double room overlooked street. Pleased it had a bathtub. This accommodation was in the very central location helpful so close to everything. And it was also close enough to pubs and restaurant, many sights and centre of town, and nice, rather upscale, restaurants, bars.

The bed in my room was not comfortable.

We had a comfortable and spacious room at Montecarlo Hotel. The bed was big and cozy, and everything in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was tasty, with scrambled eggs that were excellent. We also loved the convenient location near Lastarria and a park. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
