The evening meal in the hotel was very good and the cost reasonable.

Close to city and the hotel is located in a great location for visiting the Old Town.

The location is great, the hotel is located right in the old center of Riga and the bathroom is new and clean.

We took the bus 22 from the airport to the Old Town.

Near the bus/tram stops and in the old town.

The room was quite comfortable with soft beds, a TV, a stereo system and a minibar.

Furthermore we had a large comfortable bed.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, i liked that the breakfast was served 11am.

As they were all out of double rooms, Monte Kristo's friendly receptionist offered us a discount on a sizeable triple room on the ground floor.

We don't know if this is only the case with our room or if all the visitors can enter everyone else's rooms.

Breakfast is a buffet of hot and cold items served in the basement bar.

The jacuzzi was awesome and the breakfast was perfect.

Nice bar with fresh beer, good restaurtant.

Secondly, contrary to what some previous reviewers have said, breakfast really wasn't that good.

Great central location and we in old town. A very nice hotel and good price. Staff was friendly and helpful, free and well-operating wifi connection in the room - we had a teenager, the breakfast buffee were a perfect start to the day.

Good location and nice stuff. Great and very helpful staff, clean rooms, extensive breakfast.

Old town the same, unfinished buiding nearby and just an interior one to the main stairs. Near the terrace, main menu a little lacking.
