Every staff member was genuinely helpful and very friendly. It was in a peaceful location with Casino du Liban nearby. And we were not far from monte cassino and restaurant Sanferian at roof top and the casino.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Jounieh. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The toilet facilities were top-notch and truly impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

the location was perfect for walking around casino du liban. this hotel was located in a pretty quiet area. there were coffee/tea making equipment, a seating area and a writing desk in the rooms, which made them new-fashioned and luxury.

Located near Casino du Liban. The rooftop pool and restaurant are enjoyable with friendly staff, excellent food, and an excellent atmosphere. The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel in a coastal town in Lebanon. The hotel staff was always polite, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with two complementary services that they offered. The key location was perfect as it was close to shopping areas, restaurants, and local attractions. The best aspect was the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The room's AC didn't cool enough, which made it difficult for us to get a great sleep every night. There was also some difficulty getting assistance with complementary refreshments.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was fantastic! I loved the friendly and professional staff, and the incredible views from the pool and rooftop area. Everything was so clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect, as it was in a calm area and not directly exposed to the sun.

The hotel is perfectly located on a calm bay with a breathtaking view, and very close to the casino. The room is cozy and well-decorated with state-of-the-art technology, including a spa bath and amazing toilet. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options.

Some facilities were unavailable during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.

The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided stunning views of the city, and the private facilities were truly exclusive. The restaurant was exceptional, with delicious in-room breakfast and a fantastic bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level in the treatment room during my facial. However, overall this hotel provided an unforgettable and luxurious stay with a prime location advantage.
