Monte Carlo Bay hotel offers its guests four restaurants: the Blue Bay, L’Orange Verte, Las Brisas and Il Baretto. Two of them are situated in the hotel and other two are in the gardens, all tempting the visitors by the variety and quality of simple and delicious cuisine.

The Blue Bay is the main restaurant of the hotel. It faces the sea and offers the menu inspired by Mediterranean flavors and contemporary world cuisine, where natural ingredients are prepared by talented hands using simple recipes. It welcomes visitors for lunch from noon till 2pm and for dinner from 7pm till 10pm.

L’Orange Verte is a restaurant serving light gourmet snacks in the luxurious setting of the Winter Garden. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily from 8am till midnight.

Las Brisas is the summer restaurant situated on the southern terrace facing the lagoon. It offers mostly light and fast cuisine serving salads and grilled dishes. The restaurant is open for visitors from May to September for lunch from noon to 3pm and from July to August - from noon to 5pm daily.

Il Baretto is the ideal solution for nomads and night-owls. It is a large counter at the heart of the hotel serving light snacks, perfect for a quick and informal meal. It invites guests from noon to midnight daily.
