The Montanus Hotel is located in the heart of Bruges a stone's throw from all places of interest, such as the Lake of Love and the Beguinage. Within walking distance of the Hall tower, the market place and a few moments from the congress site "Old St. John."

All 25 guestrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a unique atmosphere and harmony of old and new. Each window provides a unique picture - a beautiful countryside and stylish garden with flowering apple trees, a pond with rippling water and delight to the eye.

Room types: garden room standard, garden room superior, garden suite, standard mansion and superior mansion.

Garden room standard offer modern equipment including twin or double bed, bathroom with sink, bath and toilet, hair dryer, lounge, television and mini-bar.

Garden room superior lays in the middle of the garden at the pond, completely isolated from all other rooms, an indescribable peace.

Garden suite is a historic building with two suites, both equally charming with a separate lounge.

In addition to this, the garden rooms all provide a breathtaking view of the lovely garden and its pond.

There are no room charges for children three years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding.

One child under four years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

One child under 12 years is charged EUR 25 per night per person in an extra bed.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 40 per night per person in an extra bed.

The breakfast room is a pleasant place to wake up with lots of natural daylight and fresh, local products – finish your breakfast with some traditional Belgian chocolate. The fantastic choice of various items, which range from rolls, pastries, breads and cereal to cold cuts, Belgian cheeses, eggs, bacon and sausages, provides plenty of energy for the day ahead and is guaranteed to keep you going until lunchtime and beyond.

Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am from Monday to Saturday and from 7am until 11am on Sundays.

Good weather permitting, guests can have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy a drink at the end of the day in the magnificent garden.

  The location in the small back street gave a quiet, the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous and spoke excellent English. Shower in the tub was fine.
