Hotel Montanus Bruges - 布鲁日

Good location, a very quiet hotel and the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location in old part of town, the hotel is in a quiet residential section of Brugge.

The location excellent and a large secure car park.

Can you believe, they've arranged for a taxi to bring my wallet to the airport.

At the end they arranged taxis for us back to the station.

Needs a fresh coat of paint (paint on ceiling of bathroom was flaking quite badly); room so small that you could not fully open the door to bathroom as it hit against side of bed.

There was a day bed (presumably for if there were more than two guests staying in the room) that had stains all over it.

Our room was enormous and the bathroom was like another suite in and of itself.

The rooms are small, but the bathrooms are large, and heated towel racks seemed like the height of privilege after a long two weeks trekking around.

The baths constantly leak water so you kind of have to sit the bath.

Bar were nice, best of all was the breakfast.

Wonderful bathroom, a nice little bar and the breakfast buffet was fresh.

We were unable to get anywhere near the bar, there was a function that overspilled into the breakfast area - hence a smokey atmosphere the following morning.

Would certainly recommend Arthies restaurant too - excellent food.

Food acceptable continental breakfast fare.

Reception staff were polite and the receptionist was increadibly helpful.

We stopped for drinks in the hotel bar before going out one night, which was lovely, although it seems the bar staff is also the reception staff so you might have to be patient if they are busy!

I wish I could have said something nice about the staff, but as a flight attendant, used to travelling every week, the reception staff here were amongst the most amazingly unfriendly and completely disinterested I have ever encountered.

There is a parking lot in the courtyard of the building next to it-unable to see it from the street.

The lobby and exterior are very nice but that's not where you spend your time so think twice before you stay here.

Add to that that we had to pay an extra Eur 15 for the parking (when the hotel same category right in front of Montanus does not charge anything) and you've got the icing on the cake!

Not a good thing when you are on business and one of the reasons you stayed there is because they had wireless internet access.

Our room was immense and impeccably clean.

The maid did not clean our room one of the days.

As previously suggested a 4 star hotel with sleazy, orange 2 star rooms, not as clean as I find acceptable either.

The rooms are well-furnished and sparkling clean.
