The location - we walked everywhere - handy to coffee shops, all front desk staff were particularly helpful and the apartments were very well situated for access to shopping.

Good location in the vicinity of Perth CBD and grocery stores available nearby.

The staff at Mont Clare were extremely friendly and helpful, the apartment was perfect for I needed for.

Location is easy to find and would not hesistate to recommend to friends to make use of the apartment since the rental rate is quite reasonable.

Secure and good for stay, helpful staff, every other apartment I have stayed in were not supplied.

The staff were friendly, we liked that the apartment was well equipped.

Very spacious suite and the pool looked nice.

    Good location and helpful staffs. Very spacious suite and the pool looked nice.

    We were met by a very strong offensive smell pervaded during our whole stay of opening the balcony door and the washer/dryer was very difficult to operate.
