our romantic weekend in courmayeur was absolutely perfect, and ih hotels made it even more memorable. the friendly and helpful staff, especially michele in the bar and julia at reception, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and convenient shuttle service were all highlights of our stay.

I recently stayed at Ih Hotels and had a great experience. The front desk gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and get us a different room when we discovered it had unsafe stairs for our small child. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering a nice view from our room and easy access to town. The free shuttle service to the gondola for skiing was a convenient bonus. Additionally, the breakfast provided more than just continental options with tasty scrambled eggs and bacon. The bar manager was attentive and made excellent recommendations for local wines and drinks. The hotel also offers a sauna and regular live music entertainment in the evenings. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Ih Hotels for an enjoyable visit to Courmayeur.

The Good: - Easy to book on Booked.net - One of few places to accommodate a family of 4 in a nicely appointed - Staff is courteous

The Bad: - Location - On the side of the main road/ noisy and smelly from the traffic exhaust / Not easy to get to the main walking/shopping area by foot - Food/Menu was poor! Only had 1 mediocre meal out of 5 days... Wine menu is poor - did not have a Barolo option (went to the store and bought my own) - Got charged 12.50 Euro for two small bottle of water in the minibar and 10 Euro a day for garage use - even though there were only 2 cars in the entire place and the hotel/town provide no other parking options within a 1 km radius

Absolutely amazing experience there. Appetising food selection. Spotless & new-fashioned rooms with the bathroom, great views, as for instance. Generally EXCEPTIONAL service with parking outside. The check out is late.
