Customer service was really handy. A 15-minute walk from topkapi palace. We enjoyed the fact that we chose mono suites.

We could easily get to the blue mosque and basilica cistern was near the hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast and staff...

The staff was very helpful and the location was great. Were rally enjoyed our staying at mono suites. The room was clean and we get clean towels everyday. .Small breakfast room but good enough for what we paid.

Room 403 door lover edge there is big gap.. You can see when people walking or talking around.. Needs to be fix.

Reception boys are super friendly and willing to help. They know everything about Istanbul. Feeling like they are my friends, I love the smile on their face.

The underground dining room is not so pleasant, although the cookie here is yummy. Staff here is a bit tough, she even began to pack up the food when I haven't finished my breakfast yet.

- Location is good, easy to access to the place of interest, near to the Sultanahmet tram station, lots of restaurants and clean bed. - Staff are friendly and willingly to help.

- The toilet has bad smell. - The economy double bedroom given to us is too small, is meant for single occupancy.

Good value for money! As the hotel is brand new in Nov 2011, the staff is nice, and 5 mn walk from the key attractions in the old city. Highly recommended.

Can be a bit noisy but that s fine

Its a great hotel with excellent staff which is always helpful. I stayed for two nights and have not regrets. Loved this place!
