The hotel was very convenient to the Magnificent Mile. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the shower was great with alot of hot water. We were very satisfied with our stay there.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the wine reception in the early evening. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and we were impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the bed and sofa. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist us with anything we needed.
