We recently stayed at Monaco & Quisisana and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the close proximity to several great dining options. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our days. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Monaco & Quisisana to others.
Can't fault anything about our stay at Monaco & Quisisana! 😊

With spacious rooms and a friendly staff, all our needs were met. The highlight for us was the fantastic kids' club, filled with games, activities, and even a mini-golf course! Our children couldn't get enough of it, and it gave my wife and me some well-deserved relaxation time by the pool. Highly recommended for families!
My kids wished there were more options for evening entertainment.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, even allowing us to bring our dog. The location was great, just a short drive to the dog beach. The breakfast display was wonderful and had a good variety of options. The pool design was very nice and the staff were helpful.
The parking situation was a bit of a disaster, with garage parking being charged and often blocked by cars parking for free. There was a lack of hot water on our first day, but it was fine after that.

Hotel is situated in the first row of buildings nest to the beach. Aqua park "Aqualandia" is not far from the hotel. Dinners were excellent and restaurant staff was very good and professional.
Room with the sea side view is also the one where you can see the sea if you lean over the balcony fence - it is called "lateral view". Cleaning ladies were cleaning our room around 1 p.m (for 10min a day), while we were waiting for them on the balcony to finish (our baby sleeps in that time of the day). Safe deposit box in our room was out of order. In the most of the high quality hotels beach/pool beds and towels were free of charge. In this hotel it is not, and what more, guest have to buy tickets for it on the reception. It was almost embarrassing how reception staff had rough behaviour. We travel a lot (at least 60 days a year) and we find this hotel one of the worst we ever staied at.

The buffet was good. The hotel is situated near the beach and the sea.
The rooms are small and have old furniture. It is a hotel for retired persons. Children are not liked in this hotel. There is no place for the kids to play and if it rain and your kid wants to play in the lobby, someone from the hotel staff will shout at him. The big boss is constantlly with his critical eye on you so you do not feel in holliday, but in the FBI burreu. The pool was not clean.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel. The staff were delightful and accommodating, ensuring my every need was met. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The dinner options were excellent and beautifully presented. I am already planning my return to this wonderful hotel.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel has an excellent location next to the beach and shops. The food is varied, tasty, healthy and well thought out. Although we had to look well beyond the decor, the room was comfortable and hygiene was of the highest order. An extremely civilised place to stay.
Sometimes the experience felt a bit regimented. Mr Gianetti (the owner) can come over as being aloof, but I think that he is just so fiercely protective and defensive of the standards he tries to instill in the staff, which can spill over onto guests. That can be intimidating and its unecessary because the hotel is extremely civilised and suitable for all ages of clients.

Right by the beach and has a pool. Buffet breakfast and dinner offered. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions.
Rooms were dated and in need of renovation. Staff was not very accommodating and seemed uninterested in helping guests. not a great value for the price and would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, as it is right on the beach with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The main street of the area is also easily accessible. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well serviced, with a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. There are various facilities provided, such as a beach area and beach bars, with reasonably priced food and drink options.
Some guests have noticed a decline in the standards of the hotel over time.

The hotel had an excellent location close to the beach and shops, with a pool area that was spotlessly clean. The food offered a varied and plentiful selection that included fresh seafood and delicious desserts, with friendly and helpful staff.
The owner's presence during meal times made the atmosphere tense, with strict dining times that felt rushed and oppressive. The rooms were clean but dated, with bathrooms that needed some maintenance.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, right on the beach and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, a terrace, and an in-room safe. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the television and telephone in the room. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant serving a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area where we could relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel also had a snack bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making our stay truly enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place for a family vacation.
