Our family had a fantastic time at a luxurious hotel near a unique art gallery. We enjoyed the beautiful contemporary designs of the pavilions with spacious and stylish interiors. The Source Restaurant was lovely with its friendly and helpful staff always providing great service. The restaurant's breakfast and lunch were incredible, and we highly recommend the Faro restaurant as well. The gallery's museum monograph "Monatism" was informative, and the tranquil views over the river from the balcony were amazing. Our room boasted modern technology, with a spa bathtub and a separate shower, and had everything we needed, including a kitchen and a large fridge.
Although a few staff members were likewise struggling with a busy check-in process, this did not detract from our great stay.

The view of the water and wildlife from the windows was amazing. The facilities were also great and we really enjoyed the private access to the artwork. the staff were really friendly and always willing to help.
The room felt a bit dated for the price we paid. The TV was old and the furniture needed updating.

The food was good and the location was great. We were close to all the main attractions and had a lovely view from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the early check-in option. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities.
The decor and design of the room was underwhelming and lacked creativity. It felt like a generic, average hotel room that didn't offer anything unique or special.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities such as the heated indoor swimming pool, private facilities, and infinity pool with a stunning view. The service was exceptional and the restaurant served delicious breakfast with many options.
This minor issue did not take away from the overall exceptional experience at this venue.
