The beach was ok a bit pebbley but the location of the coral reefs so close to the shore was perfect for both the experienced snorkeller or not so good swimmer.

Lovely sea, great location and the hotel had a heated indoor swimming pool was excellent.

The sea has very impressive unspoilt coral, beautiful views and location are lovely - good hotel.

We were a little taken a back here but the aggressive demands for tips by airport staff for just lifting cases from the floor into the bus.

They were good, although we were quite independent and didn’t really use the operator for anything apart from transport to and from the airport but there was always a rep on hand should you have needed him.

Very spacious, with two large televisions, huge double bed, sheets changed and room cleaned every day, sofa, chairs, nice big bathroom, air con was excellent and essential as even in september the weather was extremely hot!

Our new rooms were again very spacious with a Queen size bed and two single beds in separate rooms.

The room was very clean, spacious, very nicely decorated with a king size bed with a duvet would you believe.

The room we had was nice and big and the bed was made every day and the towels changed daily if needed, although the handle had came off of one of the warddrobe doors (again very picky but i still go back to the level of stars they are claiming).

The bungalows have their own pool, childrens pool, pool bar and restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

We were there for 3 days before we realized we could use the Sherazad restaurant for breakfast and evening meal, the same food was served but less manic, the waiters were very attentive and had more of a restaurant feel than a canteen.

We ate in the main place a few times, again no problems but as we love lebenese cuisine, we ate the Shahrazad restaurant 3 times.

I understand that there is also food at the snack bar at lunchtime, plus seafood available at Seashells restaurant at luchtime (payable).

Breakfast: the main buffet restaurant offers omelettes and fried eggs cooked to order, fruits, pastries, salad, pancakes, breads, scrambled and boiled eggs plus varied hot dishes such as meatballs, beans, potatoes.

We did mention this to the staff, and within 1 hour the manager was at our room, he said he would take us to the kitchens and cook us anything we wanted, which was the plus side – again cant fault the service.

There were constant garderners, lifeguards, bar staff, cleaners, house keepers, and room service attendants everywhere, as well as a brigade of middle managers who you would often see at lucnh time in the AI restaurant.

We originally had a room with no balcony - we complained and were upgraded (after several false starts - make sure you speak to managers - who were excellent - not just reception staff) to a pool/sea view which was really nice.

Beach Pool - The pools were lovely, our hotel room was nice and big, the reception staff were great.

There was no spa or fitness centre and the gardens are still being developed.

The hotels not finished yet and i think there will be a gym and sauna, not yet.

There is a beach bar, lobby bar and swim up pool bar as well as a bar at the indoor pool.

All areas of hotel very clean room was lovely and big nice fresh white linen pleny of wardrobe and draw space had lovely view of israel and jordan from balcony.

A mobile bar near the little pool and clean toilets.

Food is above standard - the sea shells is very good, the pool areas are clean the sun beds and moevenpick hotels is great.

Staff are friendly, rooms are kept spotless and the main restaurant is very good.

The hotel room was spacious and clean however it was a standard room facing over the indoor pool area so not a particularly nice view.
