We only had dinner in the hotel twice , downtown is half the price and just as good.
Get the weekly ticket for the local bus to dowtown elgouna and the marina.
Downtown theres a lovely chinese just at the end of the buses journey we tried it and it was lovely.
We were in cluster 7 which is a 5 min walk to reception but we had a lagoon with beach to the front of our room and a pool with swim up bar + a snack area to the front so we didnt have to go far.
Cluster 7 has amazing views from the room ask for a sea view.
We had a room at the far end of the hotel, immediately behind one of the numerous pools - it was fantastic to be able to leave the room and jump straight into a pool!
Everything was incrediable, the pools, restaurants, salt lakes, rooms and especially the services.
I recommend eating in either Kiki's restaurant at Downtown (Italian) or one of the many restaurants in the Marina.

In addition, for simple fish dishes or lunchtime snacks, Hedra in Downtown is fabulous.
Great choice of places to eat in the hotel and El Gouna town, We had just finished a Nile Cruise and thiswas the perfect place to unwind.
The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible service before.
They were extremely nice in the front desk everything was easy and fast in my point of view this week was in Paradise especially for the honeymooners.
Fantastic hotel, all staff were very polite.
Overall, we wre very happy with the service and food and activities.
Swimming pool is clean and we enjoyed the water a lot.

I like the hotel , it is clean ,good service , but do not stay in far clusters , some rooms are far from the main building and restaurant.
