Excellent location convenient for motorway and good place.
The hotel has a strategic location and within 2 minutes you are on the central highway.
Additionally the hotel is set in a very quiet location.
Typicall business hotel in a business area, so a car would be an advantage, although taxi’s and public transport are available at reasonable rates.
Still, it's somewhat forgettable and located in a sterile area: you will need a car to get to anything worth seeing or doing in the area (20 euro cab fare to nearby Vucht, for example).
The bathroom has a tub and hand shower, good hot water, moderate pressure.
The ground floor has meeting rooms and a restaurant, the guest rooms are upstairs and are reached via an elevator or steps.
But the rooms are small, the beds are very firm and the pillows very very soft.
I didn't think the bed was uncomfortable, but there was significant traffic noise from the nearby highway.
The rooms are scandanavian spartan: blond wood and white linens, a TV that has a good variety of movies and Dutch / German / UK / US programs, and a safe.
This Movenpick has a great restaurant, bar and breakfast.
The breakfasts are the high point: there is a full buffet with cereals, English breakfast foods, fruit, chease and meat, breads, and fruits that starts from 6:30.
Breakfast was good quality and staff were really friendly and attentive.
Nicely renovated reception/bar area and even 's rather far from city central 's fairly easy to go there by shuttle bus.
The food was more than ok, as was the breakfast buffet which had more choices than a usual 4 star hotel.
The staff at the reception and in the restaurant was most friendly and courteous.
Only one small default I can think of is that the service in the lobby bar corner is a bit slow and one really has to make an effort to draw the attention of the staff when you want to order your next coffee.
The hotel has a 'spa' on the top level, but no pool or fitness facilities otherwise.
There is a gated parking area: passage in and out is handled through validated coupons at the desk.
Hotel public areas are clean and welcoming, especially the lobby corner where one can sit and have his coffee in the morning without being disturbed, reading your free newspaper.
Clean, comfortable and with all facilities such as minibar, wireless internet and a TV with sufficient national and international channels.
However, expect to get stiffed on things like wireless internet connection at 22 euro per night.
Just a very decent hotel, very friendly personenal on reception and room of a good standard and clean.
Nice & clean rooms - exactly you expect from such an international hotel chain, good pressure in the shower.
