  Decent staff, good restaurant.

  The location is not soo near of the piazza del campo, that seens to be in the web site, old dated gloomy hotel that needs a major renovation and the bathroom and the room in general are very small.

  Rather than just reception area, very dated hotel and all the funitures in the room were too old.

  Great location for its price, right next to the escalator that goes right into the heart of the city and the rooms are clean the breakfast is good.

  Few meters away from the escalator going up to the City Center and a professional introduction to Siena. Friendly staff very accommodating and nice room. Great breakfast, for European standards.

  Great location, to sum up, unless you get a good rate, try for a place inside the city wall's.

  The price is too high for the service offered and the facilities, the room front doors seem paper thin.

  Internet only available in lounge area has a mosquito problem and the only good thing about the hotel is the location.
