This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms is noticeable, with simple stylish furniture and spacious bathrooms. I especially loved the balcony, which was well worth while for enjoying the city views. The excellent soundproof windows ensured a peaceful night's sleep. And to top it off, breakfast was included, with warm bread that was simply delicious.

No major issues, everything was just ok.

Very central though not easy to find, but that's due to Bari's complex road system. The hotel room looked more like an hospital room than a hotel, i.e. very spartan, but also spotlessly clean, with a newly refurbished bathroom and good quality towels. The hotel does not have breakfast room, we were given vouchers to go to a nice cafe nearby where we had coffee/tea, pastries, fruit juice. There is a very good pizzeria open until late just opposite the hotel.

No parking. There is a private garage 50 from the hotel but it is very expensive, charging 22€ per night (for a small car) plus 3.5€ per hour after 8.30am. On the second night we decided to park the car at the autosilos near the train station for the whole night + morning for 15€ in all, and it's less than 10 mins walk to the hotel.

Good but a little dark in the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for day trips and exploring the city. The modern and spotless rooms were another highlight, with a balcony providing a nice outdoor space to relax. Lastly, the breakfast was delightful, with warm, freshly baked bread and a variety of options. this hotel offers great value, a central location, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast.

No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.

Room: Great sized room, great balcony, great kitchenette, great shower. Very hot and dark room however, due to the airconditioning only being on for 3 hours per day, (centrally controlled). This meant that we had to keep the room closed up as we had a north facing window. The room had plenty of lights, but just wasn’t the same. Location: Good location, close to train station (5 minute walk). 20 minute walk to the water and coastline and 20 Minute walk from here to St Nicks Basilica. There is a bus from the train station that drops you at the port bus 20/ (yes the slash is relevant here). Facilities and Inclusions: Comes with Kitchenette which is great, however no utensils, and no equipment, which was a little strange. There was an option to hire equipment for €5 a day, which we were happy to pay, and took up the option, but on check out we were not charged. Aircon was really not sufficient. Desk had tour details, and small map, and all were able to speak English. Other notes: Tourism is being focused on in Bari, which is great. Excellent information bays and helpful staff . Free tours organised by the government, however little in English. Would go back to this location tomorrow, no hesitations. Great access to all points down south of Puglia region. Alberellobello & Molfetta in particular.

Air con needs to operae longer - the current operation is insufficient to cool the premises.

The rooms were spacious and had simple, stylish furniture that fit our needs perfectly. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our luggage all day. Our children particularly loved the nearby park, which was perfect for their energy levels and provided a great space for them to play.

My wife says that she wished there had been a children's play area or a kids' club at the hotel.

The location is central and the room was spacious and clean.

the room was simple but clean and large. The location is excellent especially for trips to the beautiful cities close to Bari (the hotel is very close to the railway station)

We loved the location of this hotel, it was so close to the train station which made it easy for us to explore nearby villages. We also found that it was a safe area and surrounded by a variety of food options that left us feeling satisfied. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

Nothing everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel near the train station. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage all day. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of options to choose from. Although the WiFi was not available in the room, it was accessible in the hotel lobby. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and value.

The staff was ok and they helped us in any problems we had.

There was a broken chair inside our bathroom.

The staff at the reception was educated and co-operative. The room was spacious and clean. Very central position. Were we to visit Bari again, we would go there unhesitatingly.

The helpful girl at the front desk gave me lots of time and helped me with directions. The rooms are big with effective air conditioning. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. The staff was great and accommodating, checking me in early. The 1 Bedroom Apartment was fully equipped with a kitchenette and a nice balcony. The windows had blinds for a good sleep and the room was perfectly clean. The location is convenient, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff provided useful info on getting around. Fast and efficient check-in and check-out. Great value for money with friendly staff.

The staff was outstanding. The lobby was interesting and comfortable and the breakfast fulfilling. The room as small but comfortable and the location very good for connecting to the train, bus or airport.
