Our deluxe queen room was stylish with a view. The location was magnificent, near to the centre of St Anne's and the interior design was very modern. Plus, it was really close to the Fylde coast and town square and restaurants. The beach restaurant served lots of tasty food.
The views were not so nice.

The location was marvellous and lovely - ease of access to a screen cinema. There were restaurants and pubs close to the place. Had a contemporary standard double room, which allowed us to enjoy exceptional view of the sea.

Fantastic little, stylish hotel with a very modern design. Brilliant food, reasonably priced. Particularly good and perfect location in Lytham St Annes not far from lovely parks and gardens as well as the Lytham Windmill, the square where there were shops and shops, places to eat. Besides, very convenient to Beach Huts.

Decent size and newly renovated units and cooperative staff who in our opinion deserves an award for excellent customer service. Extremely comfy beds and coffee/tea making equipment, a couch and a sofa bed. Good and perfect position near to the beach. And just next door to all restaurants in St Annes, restaurants, pubs, beach, shops, parks, and the shops/bars.

Modern and excellent little place all in all, has efficient staff who in our opinion deserves an award for excellent customer service. The location is good and stunning, around 10-15 minutes walk from a public beach. We would like to come again and couldn't recommend more it to others.

Everything was simply very comfortable. This was my 2nd stay, they offered deluxe double room with attention to cleanliness. The location was perfect and convenient for walking around a victorian pier. A beach restaurant was popular.
