The price was really good and the hotel was well maintained.
The location was good - on the main road that goes through town, the hotel was nice and as the price was reasonable.
Located in the very lovely town of Moab and convenient location.
Good location-next to the Brew Pub and the hotel is in a quiet area.
This hotel is in a good location in Moab.
It's best location for us was that it was opposite Moab Brewery.
I did not use any of the other facilities, but was fairly happy with the location and overall hotel.
We had 3 tv's as promised (one by the bed, one in the sitting area and one in the bathroom).
In addition the bed good and 3) Nice towels.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable but it was still just an average hotel room- don't except any extras or a friendly staff.
Rooms were well sound proofed and the fridge in the room was really useful.
Stayed in suite this time & as before found the room facilities highly satisfactory in terms of comfort & cleanliness.
However, I would not plan on eating the breakfast, unless you like to eat standing up balancing your food.
I don't usually book motels that aren't part of a national chain, but I took a chance, as the price was reasonable and I liked the location--a little away from most hotels, shops and restaurants.
Moab is not very big and it was a short drive or a longish walk to most of the shops and restaurants.
Free wireless internet and a tad better than a continental breakfast.
The staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well and the Continental breakfast was sparse.

The pool was quite large, and for the end of September, quite warm.
Really like the pool, you can swim laps or hang with kids on the sides.
For me, who loves the pool design and the family atmosphere, cool.
Moab after driving many hours and selected this motel/ I asked to see a King room and was pleased to discover a clean, tidy, fragrant and cold room (it seemed about 100deg outside).
Clean comfortable rooms no problems good overnight stay and free internet/pc.
Rooms clean and quiet, hot breakfast, the pool is quite large.
The place was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Clean and quiet room, breakfast just the same as 2005 - free, the pool is good.
