The hotel had a super cool outdoor pool where we spent hours chilling and having a splash. The poolside area was perfect for playing some pool volleyball and working on our tan. Plus, the staff was really fun and friendly, always making sure we had a great time. We also loved the funky designs of the rooms, especially the "dog" room with its unique decor. Mo Rooms is the ultimate spot for young party-goers looking for a good time!
If I could ask for one thing, it would be for the hotel to have some more fun activities or events for young people. Although we had a great time at the outdoor pool, it would have been even better if there were some organized pool parties or DJ sets.

The hotel's location in the center of the old city makes it convenient for exploring. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including the rooms with their individual character and the comfortable beds. Plus, breakfast is included in the rate, which is a nice bonus.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

May Kaidee Restaurant, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel. Free Wi-Fi was working perfectly

The rooms were uniquely designed, and the art-filled spaces made for some great photos. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of options.
The pool was small and not really suitable for a long swim, and the air conditioning in some of the rooms was loud and disruptive. some of the rooms were not designed with functionality in mind and lacked basic comforts, like a comfortable bed or a private bathroom.

It's a beautifully designed hotel. Each room has been created by a local architect/artist to represent the Chinese zodiac signs. Our room was the snake room, and for a few nights, was a pleasure to stay in.
The hotel generally, really is faultless. Our room (the snake room) was a little noisy but wearing earplugs and keeping the air-conditioning unit on did the trick!

Exciting hotel with differently designed rooms, a lot of unusual design ideas and a pleasant, unique atmosphere. Our room had a nice large window with a good view. It looked very fancy and "different" from what you usually get. You could have a decent breakfast all day, the check- out time was very generous (12 o'clock), the bar in the hotel was great.
Sometimes functionality is sacrificed for design: We had a toilet in our room. So, depending on your toilet sharing style, you might prefer to use the shared bathroom and consider some of the rooms as rooms without a toilet. The a/c seemed a bit old and was directed at the bed, also, we had a hard time getting a somehow constant temperature out of the shower (which was very nicely designed though). Our room was not very soundproof, we heard a lot of music and talking outside. The staff was nice and friendly, but seemed a bit forgetful and confused at times.

I recently stayed at Mo Rooms for a weekend getaway. The thematic rooms, like the "Monkey" room, were really unique and added a cool vibe to my stay. The African ethnic design elements throughout the hotel were a refreshing change from the usual. The hotel itself is filled with incredible art and design, from the wired diver in the pool to the gold picture frame edging on the staircase. It's truly a dream for any design enthusiast. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. a great value and highly recommended.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Natural and comfortable, love the design there, esp. The pub & shop. Good location and reasonable price. Nice hotel for people who really enjoy unique living experiences.
Rooster room is noisy during night, there is a pub nearby with live band which doesn't stop until 2-3am!

This hotel is truly a gem in the heart of the old city. Its central location makes it convenient to explore Chiang Mai's top attractions like the Night Bazaar and Thapae Gate. One of the standout features of this hotel is definitely the attention to detail in the rooms. Each one has its own unique character, with spacious layouts and huge beds that are just heavenly to sleep on. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Plus, having breakfast included in our rate was a great bonus.
All was fantastic, nothing to be improved.
