We went to a hotel over the Christmas holidays that was really nice. The food was very well cooked and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hotel was located in a quiet area which made for a peaceful stay. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service from the airport.
There were a few things that we did not like about the hotel. The room was not as clean as we expected, and there were some noticeable stains on the bedding and carpet.

The hotel had stunning hot springs, delicious food, and attentive staff. The location was ideal for exploring the area. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to take care of us when my husband was sick.

We loved the beautiful view of the mountains from the rooftop onsen, which was the perfect size for our family. The hotel itself had a very authentic Japanese feel, from the room with beds on the floor to the delicious food offered. it was a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend!

I had an incredible time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and always had a solution for any issues I raised. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel well taken care of. The highlight for me was the kaiseki dinner, which was an absolute treat. The Japanese breakfast was also delightful. I also thoroughly enjoyed the rotenburo hot spring, it was such a pleasure to relax and soak in the serene atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The staff at this spa hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hot springs were a highlight of our stay, with stunning views and a range of private and public pools to choose from. We also appreciated the traditional Japanese experience, with mattresses on the floor and kimonos provided for us to wear during dinner.
Although the food was mostly good, we did encounter a few dishes that were not to our taste. the limited wine list left something to be desired.
