The staff were extremely helpful, modern hotel. Really enjoyed central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. The breakfast was delicious - a huge variety of dishes. The location was peaceful and comfortable, very close to the major sightseeing area, and the bed comfortable. There was Freshness Burger Sun Road nearby, offering quick meals. All in all a very pleasant stay, the venue met the criteria.

For us it was ideal.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room, although small, had all the necessary facilities, including a mobile phone/navigator for guests to use. The location was great, within walking distance of the main shopping area and restaurants. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The car parking attendant was also very nice and accommodating. a clean, modern, and value-for-money hotel.

My stay was great here. The hotel has marvellous location just next door to the central bus station, many tourist spots and main attractions in Kumamoto. Also, the property was 1 mile away from Sl Hitoyoshi.

Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Higo no Satoyama Gallery was marvellous. Visited few places in the center, a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kumamoto and had a great experience. The Mitsui Garden Hotel was lovely, with a nice room that had a standard configuration. Despite being small, the room didn't feel cramped at all. The layout was well-designed, with almost no step between the bedroom and the bathroom. The soundproofing was excellent, both inside and outside the room. I couldn't hear much noise from the road, so I slept and rested very well. The bathroom, although slightly older, was still very functional and clean. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and there was even a cheap laundry corner on the 3rd floor. it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely return if I visit Kumamoto again.

It had a great location really close to the main shopping area and restaurants and shopping street with lots of eateries. The breakfast was great and all the food was different. All the employees were nice.

Reliable hotel, best and affable staff, marvellous location near the central bus station. New-fashioned room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Good view overlooking street;)))

The hotel was centrally located, just a short walk from the city center. The transportation was convenient, with the bus terminal nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was remarkable. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and kind.

For me, everything was ideal, I couldn't find any negative aspects.
