Great hotel in a perfect spot, walking distance to all the hotspots in town. The breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, with very friendly wait staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The pool area was outstanding, with comfortable chairs and umbrellas.

The music around the pool was quite loud and distracting, making it a bit difficult to relax and read a book. The elevators were frequently slow and busy during peak times, and there were a few communication issues with some of the staff members who did not speak much English.

View of sunsets was nice. Nikos Kazantzakis airport was hardly 25 minutes away by car. The hotel had free parking for drivers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Also, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

Our stay at this luxury hotel was exceptional. The service was top-notch with attentive staff fulfilling our every need. The Spa & wellness centre was divine with a saltwater pool, spa lounge, and private facilities, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas for added comfort. Live entertainment was a bonus with the leisure/TV room nearby. The beachfront access was perfect for a refreshing swim overlooking the beautiful garden area, which was elegantly paved with a sun terrace for soaking up the sun.

The only minor issue we experienced was the location, which was a bit far from the town center. However, this was remedied by the hotel's car rental service, which made it easy to explore the picturesque surrounding areas and stunning locations.

This hotel is a luxury experience that provides exclusive amenities for a truly relaxing vacation. The swimming pool is stunning, surrounded by a beautiful garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The Spa & wellness centre offers amazing massage options such as full body or foot massage, and even a saltwater pool. The restaurant offers a continental and buffet breakfast, as well as dinner with special diet menus available upon request. The bar/lounge area and poolside snack bar are great spots to enjoy a refreshing drink. Live entertainment is also available at night, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue this hotel has is its location, which is a quarter hour walk from the bus. However, renting a car solves this problem easily and helps guests explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being very nice and clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool and slide, which were awesome. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff, including the reception, bar, and restaurant staff, were all very friendly, kind. We were especially impressed with Maria at reception, who was a lovely and super polite lady. The location of the hotel, in a quiet area close to the beach, was also a plus. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to the Nature Souvenir Market, which was convenient.

The location is ideal for those who love the sea as it is close down to the beach bar or tavern. The room was reportedly clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The bathroom was also clean, although a bit small. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices that tasted very good. The pool and spa were some of the best facilities available on site. Some rooms have a great view of the surrounding area.

Disappointingly, there was a charge for the safe and tourist tax which may be higher than expected.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape to this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any request. We loved the fact that the room had a balcony with a stunning view of the sea, and the beach was just a few steps away. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes and the fresh seafood. We also enjoyed the hotel's spa facilities, and the relaxing massages definitely added to our romantic holiday.

The fact that the pool area could get quite crowded, especially during peak hours. We also thought that the drinks could have been better, as they were a bit too sweet for our taste.

During our recent city trip, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the complementary bottle of water and fruit basket upon arrival. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that we found disappointing. The room was quite small and outdated, and the furniture was not comfortable.

We arrived late at night to Serita Beach and were initially worried when we were told our rooms weren't available. However, the staff quickly sorted out the issue and upgraded us to a suite until our rooms were ready the next day. The suite was fantastic and the rooms we eventually moved to were great too. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a pleasant stay, even saving meals for late check-ins. The only minor downside was that the pool area could be slippery when the colored tiles were wet, but we didn't experience any issues ourselves. The food was delicious with a wide selection, and anyone who said they couldn't find something to eat must have a strange diet. The location around the hotel was a bit dull if you're staying for more than a week, but for a relaxing week in the sun, we would definitely consider coming back. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely vacation experience.
