Beautifully kept and great value place, I liked very friendly personnel.

The whole experience was perfect, no reason to complain, couldn't recommend more. Hotel overlooked the sea and the room was air-conditioned and beautifully maintained.

The location was easy and magnificent, at a medium distance from Psalidi Wetlands. Distance to the airport was just 30 km. Our air-conditioned room was equipped with mini bar, a round balcony, as for instance.

Location right by the Chinese restaurant, the main sites in Kos Town and an island.

We stayed at a hotel in Greece that had a great location, right by the beach. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the bar staff always made sure our glasses were full.

The evening entertainment could be quite loud and went on late into the night.

We had an incredible stay at Mitsis. The hotel staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The restaurant had a wide variety of tasty food, especially the grilled fish. We also loved the free beach towels and free mini bar in the room. The entertainment provided by the hotel was great, with enjoyable night shows. Plus, the possibility to visit other Mitsis hotels on the island was a fantastic bonus. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at a beachfront hotel with a great location, with amazing sea views enjoyed especially in the conservatory. The range and quality of food were impressive, with a selection of cuisines offered in all restaurants for dinner and in the restaurant at lunchtime. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of choices with a wide range of fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereals.

The place was fairly clean with an incredibly nice and really friendly staff from the cleaner to the manager. Enjoyed the location to the airport bus stop in town. I ate in the à la carte restaurant nearby. Stayed in beautifully maintained double room for my selection.

The decoration of the hotel, with its blue and white theme, was absolutely delightful. It gave the entire place a charming and cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-kept and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. It was also wonderful to have immediate access to a private furnished balcony with stunning views over the Aegean Sea. I enjoyed sipping on a refreshing drink or a delicate cocktail while taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is that the children working there could be more attentive and accommodating towards the needs of older guests. It would be beneficial if they were more mindful of seating the guests and ensuring their comfort, especially during peak times like breakfast or dinner.
