I had a great stay at Mitsis! The staff were exceptional, with friendly and helpful service throughout. The unlimited tennis was a fantastic perk, allowing me to play every day. The bar/club area was a highlight, as they can show multiple football matches at once, creating a great atmosphere for sports fans.

Stayed here for shopping, no complains at all. Immaculately clean place and caring staff, loved very special location. Location: the hotel was so close to the 24hr restaurant, a beautiful harbour and taxi to Kardamena town for 10 € which was nice. It also was on the Crepe station. The service was very efficient, we had a large breakfast with hot dishes, jam and great salads.

The room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned on an upper level, we were happy about that.

The variety available at meal times was impressive, and the food was delicious. We also loved the location of this place, nestled on a hill with a stunning view. The private pool was a huge plus, allowing us to relax without any sun bed battles. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We ate at the traditional restaurant so close to the hotel. The property was a few steps away from a train station, easy access to the antimachia windmill. All in all really nice stay.

Hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location on the beach was great with free transportation into Kardamena but a bit far from Kos town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food for an all-inclusive was above average. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back again without question.

The rooms are slightly small and cramped. The noise levels from other guests can be quite high, especially during peak season.

the position on the hill and the wonderfull view on the sea even if the access to the beach is sometimes difficult: many steps to climb up and down.
