The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was fantastic, situated in a great area with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms, though not luxurious, were in average condition and provided all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the shower in the room, as well as having a kitchenette for added convenience. Additionally, it was a nice touch to have breakfast included as part of the stay.
All was satisfactory during my stay.

The towels looked and felt like a rag used for cleaning ones vehicles. The room was large enough to accomodate a small refrigerator and microwave oven.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, with free parking and free Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the mall and near a shopping center. It was also close to all the tourist sights in this city, such as Sea World and the Zoo. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything is what we need and want.

Made imprint of my credit card for their records. Was told that its confidential, but things where "ID" theft has happened at many places that kept " confidential " records. Will never risk this again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. They even upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi, which was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean and tidy, and although it looked a little outdated, it had all the basic comforts we needed. The hotel is located in a great area, away from the busy main road, so it was nice and quiet. The amenities, although we didn't use them, appeared clean and well-maintained. The attached restaurant was also great, with friendly waiting staff and a delicious breakfast included.
Everything was satisfactory.

Rooms: dirty, floors & showers. Hairs on the floor and doors... Beds sheets smelled funny. Hair dryer did not work. We found spiders in the room..I Call the front desk and the person who was sent was extreamly rude...

Staff was helpfull, room was clean and enviroment was nice. Easy to get to town and the busdriver was helpfull. The Valley Kitchen's food was good and the portions were big enough. Extra plus for the pool. It was worth for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in a very busy area which is close to a shopping mall. It is also very close to all major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have access to facilities such as a pool, hot tub, and on-premises restaurant, providing convenience and entertainment for guests.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, with old, stained carpets and a noticeable smell.

The outdoor pool was very nice to swim in, especially as it was saltwater. It was great to be so close to the main road, which made traveling around the area very convenient. The on-site restaurant had delicious food and friendly staff.
The rooms felt a bit dated, with some areas in need of modernization. The cleanliness could have been improved, as there were some visible stains on the carpet and linens.

Toilet shoved into the corner. Very difficult to use. Bathtub had huge chip in the finish. No attempts to fix. Holes in walls. Poor tv reception. Room did not appear as a Resort should

The Rooms were out-dated. There was paint pealing off the bathroom wall. It just felt dirty and not well maintained.
