The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the castle nearby and being right on the seafront. The rooms and bathroom are clean and modern, with stunning views from some of the rooms. The owner is friendly and welcoming, providing a hassle-free stay. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The hotel is also not far from the seaside and the town center, making it convenient for exploring.
The thin walls in the rooms can sometimes be an issue, as it might allow for noise from the neighboring rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the stunning sea views from the rooms. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with little touches like a coffee maker in the room. The location is ideal, situated between the two bays and not far from the castle.
Everything was more than okay, nothing to improve.

Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. Rooms equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast.
Our room was small and had a shared bathroom. The stairs were steep and there was no lift.

The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location, situated between the two bays on the top road, is ideal for exploring both North Bay and Peasholme Park. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities are more than satisfactory. The rooms are cozy, with very comfortable beds and great views of the North Bay. Although not all rooms are en suite, the private bathrooms are conveniently located nearby. Our own private bathroom was recently refurbished, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast served at this hotel is delicious, with plenty of options and extra toast!

Great B&B experience! Warm welcome and clean room with a wonderful view. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Perfect location near beautiful coastal walks and attractions.
Room was quite small, but still comfortable. Shared bathroom was a bit of an inconvenience, but overall not a deal breaker.
