Located right on the cliff in the beautiful and the location of this hotel is nice.

We only found the front desk staff (especially a couple of young ladies) to need some customer service training (paying so much for a 5 star hotel, we expected the best all the time.

Pool area was amazing, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the service was excellent.

A gorgeous view and nice vies onto ocean. In addition a very tranquil atmosphere and rates are high. Staff are helpful and the rooms are large. Bar is better and the breakfast buffett is good.

Location is excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and the library-style lobby is cozy and elegant. Service is superb and rooms are pleasant. The observatory restaurant on the top floor has spectacular breakfasts and the staff put out fresh towels.

The surroundings were great and the hotel reseruant Mesa 18 was wonderful. The lobby was large and the service was very good and friendly. The bathrooms were spacious and the food was excellent.

A beautiful haven overlooking the pacific ocean, within walking distance from wonderful shopping and the views over the sea are fine. The hotel is excellent, the service is good and the bathroom also is large and furnished. Restaurant is just getting better.

Walking distance to great shopping, perfect location and extensive and of a high quality. A very cosy lobby/library, excellent service and natalie the HR manager had sent some complimentary dessert. Rooms were large and the food was relatively good.

The view as we had breakfast in the restaurant was great, service at this hotel was amazing and the staff were efficient and friendly. Alye ghso our room was very nice and comfortable, the bar had very tasty food.
