The room on the top floor offered breathtaking views of the nearby square, making my stay even more memorable. As a business traveler, this was a great way to unwind after a long day of work.

Personally, I found the multipurpose hall to be a bit too large for my liking. However, I understand that others may appreciate the space it provides for larger events or gatherings.

The location is convenient with easy access to the main tourist attractions, entertainment spots, and business areas. The hotel provided a comfortable and family-friendly environment.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of printing facilities. It would have been helpful to have access to a printer or business center to print documents during my stay.

The beds were very comfortable. The Hotel staff were very helpful and patient with my limited Spanish. Perfectly located near park, and an affordable restaurant and only a few minutes walk from train station in one direction and the city walls in the other direction. Excellent wifi connection.

The photos show a bathroom with a full size bathtub, but the room I was in had a small square stand up shower. Also, it would be better if the breakfast included some fresh fruit.

The hotel is on busy street and the weekends and holly days hundreds of young people are making extreme noise all the night; the air condition unit in the room didn't cool at all and all our complaints were meet with indifference by the staff (that are speaking Spanish only).

Perfectly located! The hotel is walking distance from the main tourist attractions and restaurants, which is great for those who like to explore the city on foot. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help, providing me with everything I needed for my New Year's Eve celebration. the room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and great views.

There was no breakfast option, which was a bit disappointing. Although there were several cafes and bars nearby, I would have preferred the convenience of grabbing a bite at the hotel.

Everything was satisfactory and there is nothing to complain about.

I had a very quiet room facing the backyard. It was perfectly clean and with modern facilities including a highly efficient airconditioning. The staff, especially the receptionist Laura, were extremely helpful.

Minor things: 1. the wifi connection ceased regularly at ca. 10 pm, but anyway I regarded the fact as a signal not to work late into the night; 2. the location is not picturesque as compared with many others in Avila, however, the old town is just a few minutes away; 3. while there is a decect choice for breakfast it is exactly the same every day and thus it gets boring in the case of a longer stay.

Location was good, a walking distance from the centre, the reception staff were nice and helpful.

The facilities and furniture were old and outdated. The room was not comfortable, it was small and gloomy. The management charges before the stay. I guess so that the guests would not leave after having seen the room. No minibar. The category should have been no more than two stars at the maximum.

I loved the location, at easy walking distance from the train station, in a pleasant square, and next to a little stone chapel. central, but not noisy. There are great eating cafes full of tapas a few steps away. I liked the kindness of the staff when I requested help and the swift change of room when I requested a different view (make sure to request a view, some loft rooms have a high window that is inaccessible). I would return without doubts

The breakfast was a bit too simple, with industrial packed pastries, it felt sad compared to the fabulous quality of every single pastry shop and cafe-bar we went into. The breakfast room was very pleasant, though, and the cofee was OK.

The receptionists, especially Meraneka, were absolutely excellent. Nothing was too much trouble - from arranging train times to local information. The location couldn't have been better, just minutes away from the old town and minutes away from the train station. A trip to Madrid was no hassle at all.
